Сучасні аспекти формування транспортно-технологічних систем

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено сучасним аспектам формування і розвитку транспортнотехнологічних систем в Україні у сучасних умовах. Удосконалення, адаптація та розвиток транспортно-технологічних систем – постійні процеси, спрямовані для забезпечення необхідного рівня конкурентоспроможності та виживання в нестабільних умовах. Сучасні аспекти формування транспортно-технологічних систем включають широкий спектр інноваційних технологій та стратегій, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності, безпеки та сталості транспортних систем.

EN: European integration is one of the main priorities of Ukrainian state policy. However, the transport and technological systems of Ukraine today not only do not meet the standards and requirements of the EU, but are also marked by a significant lag in terms of infrastructure, equipment and norms. In addition, the current aggravation of the situation is connected with the war caused by Russian aggression. This caused the need for transport and technological systems to cope with unforeseen challenges and obstacles and ensure the transportation of necessary goods to and from Ukraine. Modern aspects of the formation of transport and technological systems are aimed at the implementation of a wide range of innovative technologies and strategies. Аmong them, we can highlight digital technologies, multimodal transportation, intermodal transport links, the development of strategic partnerships, increased investment in the modernization and improvement of transport and logistics infrastructure, the ability of transport and logistics systems to quickly respond to changes in demand, market conditions, optimization of routes and use environmentally friendly technologies, implementation of new management methods, implementation of digital solutions for managing and tracking cargo, booking and paying for services, sharing vehicles, etc. The indicated trends can serve as a basis for developing strategies for the development of transport and logistics systems of Ukraine in accordance with modern requirements and world standards. The integration of the Ukrainian economy into the economic system of the EU will be the modern solutions for the recovery of the country. Various European logistics and infrastructure projects can help in this. While hostilities continue, Ukraine and the EU countries are conducting negotiations on the liberalization of cargo transit from Ukraine to Europe, the creation of routes for the export of grain and the import of necessary goods, support for Ukrainian export of goods through European ports, etc. A promising direction for further research is the study of the impact of war on geopolitical processes that create new formats of cooperation.
