Удосконалення автоматизованої системи «Надзвичайна ситуація» у взаємодії з АСК ВП УЗ Є для керування рухом поїздів із використанням системи підтримки прийняття рішень

Abstract

UA: Продукцію завжди супроводжують ризики на кожному з етапів – від виробництва до реалізації. На залізничному транспорті під продукцією розуміють перевезення вантажів і пасажирів, і цей процес також перебуває під постійними потенційними ризиками – від початку підготовки рухомого складу або вантажу до перевезення й до його здійснення. Одним із напрямів, спрямованих на мінімізацію ризиків, є використання автоматизованих систем (АС). На залізничному транспорті АС активно застосовують за різних напрямів діяльності, проте в останні роки майже відсутній їхній розвиток. У перевізному процесі головною автоматизованою системою виступає АСК ВП УЗ Є, яка зберігає та обробляє великий масив інформації, що поступає у вигляді вхідних даних із таких основних автоматизованих робочих місць, як АРМ ДСП, ДНЦ, ДГП, агентів комерційних тощо. У роботі проведено аналіз впроваджуваної АС «Надзвичайна ситуація» і запропоновано структуру її взаємодії з АСК ВП УЗ Є для організації перевізного процесу в разі виникнення нестандартних ситуацій у вигляді системи підтримки прийняття рішень (СППР).

EN: Products are always accompanied by risks at each stage - from production to sale. In railway transport, products mean the transportation of goods and passengers, and this process is also subject to constant potential risks - from the beginning of the preparation of rolling stock or cargo to transportation and its implementation. One of the areas aimed at minimizing risks is the use of automated systems (AS). AS are actively used in railway transport in various areas of activity, but their development has been almost non-existent in recent years. In the transportation process, the main automated system is the «ASK VP UZ E», which stores and processes a large array of information that comes in the form of input data from such main automated workplaces as DSP, DNC, DGP, commercial agents, etc. In this paper, an analysis of the AS «Emergency Situation», which is being implemented, is carried out, and propose the structure of its interaction with the «ASK VP UZ E» to organize the transportation process in case of non-standard situations in the form of a decision support system (DSS). The proposed structure of interaction between AS «Emergency Situation» and «ASK VP UZ E» creates conditions for the implementation of the transportation management in conditions of risks. Information about the transport event is transmitted to the «ASK VP UZ E», then an analysis of train traffic and possible train delays by direction is performed. The decision support system allows you to choose the option that will be optimal in terms of such indicators as minimum operating costs, train delays, etc. In some cases, a decision may be made to pass trains on an alternative route. The solution will be displayed in the form of a forecast schedule of train movements at the automated workplaces of operational personnel.
