Розроблення моделі управління розвитком логістичного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено, що пандемія та повномасштабне воєнне вторгнення завдали масштабних збитків логістичному потенціалу країни. Аргументовано, що в усьому світі логістичний потенціал трансформується під впливом провадження цифрових технологій і рішень, які дозволяють на якісному рівні організувати процес транспортно-логістичного обслуговування, підтримуючи системний зв’язок з усіма учасникам ринку. Охарактеризовано ключові детермінантами впливу на логістичний потенціал транспортних компаній в умовах цифровізації. Сформовано модель управління розвитком логістичного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту, що ґрунтується на принципах адаптивності, предиктивності, інноваційності, інтероперабельності, узгодженості та відкритості і окреслює цифрові інструменти та орієнтири забезпечення його цифрової трансформації.

EN: The article determined that the pandemic and full-scale military invasion caused large-scale damage to the logistics potential of the country: a huge number of railway stations, tens of thousands of railway tracks and rolling stock were destroyed, thousands of highways and port infrastructure facilities were significantly damaged. It is argued that the logistics potential around the world is being transformed under the influence of the implementation of digital technologies and solutions that allow organizing the process of transport and logistics services at a qualitative level, maintaining systemic communication with all market participants. The key determinants of the influence on the logistics potential of transport companies in the conditions of digitalization are characterized, the key ones of which are the introduction of new logistics technologies for the delivery of goods and storage of goods in warehouses, the active development of information systems and their implementation in the field of transport and logistics services, the development of complex logistics support, raising the level environmental responsibility of enterprises of the transport and logistics complex, cyber security and data protection. It is argued that the period of postwar reconstruction of Ukraine, with those infrastructure projects that are already actively supported by partner countries, opens up huge opportunities for the development of the logistics potential of railway transport enterprises on the basis of digitalization. A management model for the development of the logistics potential of railway transport enterprises has been formed, which is based on the principles of adaptability, predictability, innovation, interoperability, consistency and openness and outlines digital tools and guidelines for ensuring its digital transformation.
