Обґрунтування резервів ремонтного господарства при переході на утримання ШРС

Abstract

UA: Система утримання ШРС в умовах України на першому етапі передбачає організацію ТО та ТР силами постачальників ШРС, а в подальшому її адаптування в ремонтну галузь для можливості виконання ТО, ПР у будь-якому депо. Відповідно до цього в статті проаналізовано питання щодо визначення методики оцінки резервів ремонтного господарства депо. Показано, що пошук резервів ремонтного господарства доцільно проводити за допомогою положень теорії масового обслуговування. На основі визначення основних характеристик ТМО показана процедура їх пошуку і лімітуючі параметри системи.

EN: System maintenance cabinets in Ukraine under the first phase involves the organization of TO and TS own cabinets suppliers, and further adapt it to the repair industry to be able to perform maintenance, PR, in any depot. Accordingly, the article analyzes the issue of determining the methodology for assessing the reserves replacement depot management. It is shown that the search for reserves appropriate to repair the economy by means of the theory of mass service. Based on the definition of the main characteristics of TMO shows the procedure of finding and limiting system parameters. The main indicators of quality of repair operation capacity management adopted plots repair.
