Удосконалення пасажирських перевезень на залізничному транспорті на основі використання теорії розкладів

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто сучасний потенціал залізничного транспорту України та світовий досвід запровадження швидкісного залізничного руху в різних країнах світу. Описано світові моделі реформування залізничного транспорту і напрямки реформування залізничного транспорту в Україні. Також проаналізовано сучасний стан швидкісних поїздів. Для підвищення ефективності функціонування українського залізничного транспорту підтверджено необхідність вирішення нагальних завдань сьогодення. Періодичність курсування, час відправлення та прибуття поїздів запропоновано визначати на основі теорії розкладів.

EN: In the article the modern potential of Railway Transport of Ukraine and the world experience of introduction of high-speed rail traffic around the world. Described global model railway reform and the direction of the reform of rail transport in Ukraine. the current state of high-speed trains are also analyzed. To improve the efficiency of the Ukrainian railway transport confirmed the need to address the pressing problems of our time. Periodchnost cruising, time of departure and arrival of trains proposed to determine on the basis of scheduling problems. The theory of schedules allows you to build and analyze mathematical models of the scheduling (ie, ordering in time) of the various targeted action based on objective function and various restrictions, which include the development and time of departure and arrival of passenger trains on high-speed highways. The "optimal" refers to the minimum or maximum value of which the objective function. Feasible schedule is understood in terms of its feasibility and optimal - in the sense of its feasibility.
