Визначення ефективності використання швидкісних перевезень на мережі залізниць

Abstract

UA: У роботі проведено аналіз перевезення пасажирів швидкісними поїздами на мережі залізниць. Дослідження показали, що ефективність використання швидкісних перевезень залежить від попиту на швидкісні поїзди. У статті пропонується впровадження цих перевезень на тих напрямках, де є велика транспортна рухливість населення у поєднанні з їх платоспроможністю з урахуванням мінімальних експлуатаційних витрат залізниці.

EN: The paper analyzed the high-speed passenger trains on the railway network, which showed that due to high speed and comfort of high-speed trains have gained wide acceptance among the population in Ukraine and worldwide. Operation of such railways lines brings significant revenue, provides a high level of profitability and rapid return on investment. But studies have shown that these results are not high in all areas of transportation. Therefore, the operation speed train feasibility depends on the demand for such transportation. Especially significant role assessment plays in implementing demand management measures profitability based on price optimization. The volume of passenger traffic is directly dependent on the size and nature of their passenger traffic fluctuations. In the article offered the high-speed traffic on those areas where high transport mobility people with their solvency in combination with minimal operating costs railroad industry bring great returns. To determine the direction of running the trains category «Intercity +» proposed objective function to minimize operating costs.
