Abstract: An adaptive method for the analysis and processing of complex signal ensembles using multistage recursive time-frequency segmentation has been proposed and verified. This approach is particularly relevant for cognitive telecommunication networks, where efficient frequency spectrum utilization, reliable data transmission, and adaptation to dynamic radio conditions are critical. A key feature of the method is its ability to dynamically adjust the duration of time segments based on the signal's characteristics, allowing for more precise detection of frequency components and reduction of interference.
