Аналіз властивостей робочих рідин гідроприводів колійної техніки залізниць України

Abstract

UA: Наведено результати досліджень поточного стану робочих рідин гідроприводів колійної техніки Південної залізниці України. На основі проведених досліджень виконано аналіз характеру та інтенсивності їх забруднення, а також визначений вплив наявних забруднень на трибологічні властивості рідин. Встановлено, що головними забруднювачами рідин є механічні домішки та диспергована вода, причому концентрація води в деяких випадках перевищує допустимі значення, що призводить до погіршення трибологічних властивостей. Отримані дані дозволили обґрунтувати шляхи забезпечення промислової чистоти робочих рідин колійної техніки.

EN: The methodology of creating energy efficient means of clearing hydraulic working fluids of travel technique, needed laboratory analysis of the current status of these fluids. The article presents the results of physicochemical and tribological properties of liquids TП-22 and И-20. They were selected from hydraulic machines ПМГ and MПT-4 of the Southern Railway of Ukraine. The analysis was carried out on the basis of industrial research lab in the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. Physical and chemical properties defined in terms of water content, solids content, viscosity kinematic, acid number and freezing temperature. Tribological properties determined in terms of diameter spots of wear and critical load in accordance with ГОСТ 9490-75. The results of the analysis was conducted comparing obtained indicators with their limits, regulated instructions on the use of lubricants on rolling stock, which operate at UZ. Found that the working fluid technology track contains a significant amount (0,8-0,9%) of fine water. Was conducted the analysis of the negative effects of such water in oil and metal surfaces. Such water is not retained in treatment systems. That's why was proposed the method of filtration system modernization.
