Передумови необхідності класифікації залізничної інфраструктури України для експлуатаційної діяльності

Abstract

UA: Робота присвячена аналізу закордонного досвіду класифікації залізничних дільниць для формування принципів тарифікації маршрутних перевезень. Розглянуто досвід формування схем тарифікації вартості доступу до залізничної мережі та важливість поділу залізничних дільниць на категорії і класи на залізницях Німеччини, Італії та Франції. Обґрунтовано необхідність розроблення системи класифікації залізничних дільниць для залізниць України в умовах реформування залізничного транспорту України.

EN: The work is devoted to analysis of foreign experience classifications railway stations for the formation charging principles route traffic. The experience of forming schemes charging the cost of access to the rail network and the importance of separation of railway stations into categories and classes on the railways of Germany, Italy and France. Analyzed the types of basic services, which are laid in the rate on the thread schedule of trains. Studied in detail the scheme of charging rail routes trains and their relationship with the classification of railway infrastructure. It was established that the existing railways in Ukraine classification system of rail lines in their design does not account for different operating conditions of railway lines within the period of the work schedule of trains, which determines the level of implementation schedule of trains (transport service) and the intensity of their use.
