Розвиток концепції інтелектуалізації управління підприємством

Abstract

UA: В статті визначено, що перехід підприємств на інформаційний ступінь розвитку призводить до змін векторів діяльності та до підвищення значення в економіці інтелектуального потенціалу. Сформовано перспективи розвитку концепції інтелектуалізації управління, які пов'язані з інтеграцією трьох найбільш принципових концепцій: інтелектуального капіталу; управління знаннями та ефективної організації. Визначено, що підґрунтям появи концепції інтелектуалізації управління є науковотехнічна революція, що докорінно змінила людське суспільство в XX столітті, внесла радикальні зміни до системи управління.

EN: The article determines that the transition enterprises to the informational degree development leads to changes in the vectors activity and to increase the importance the intellectual potential in the economy. The main non-material resource the sociohistorical process has always been and remains people, as subjects - carriers of activities who know the world around them and influence its development. So, the development socio-economic progress in a new society depends on the level activation and motivation of human intellectual potential. The main task management is the effective activation the human intellectual potential. Formed prospects for the development the concept management intellectualization associated with the integration the three most important concepts: intellectual capital; knowledge management and effective organization. It is determined that the basis for the emergence the concept management intellectualization is the scientific and technological revolution, radically changed human society in the 20th century, and introduced radical changes to the management system. The scientific and technological revolution has fundamentally changed the wealth produced by people, technology and technology; labor and economic relations; monetary and market systems; quality standard living of the population.
