Концептуальні основи управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємств

Abstract

UA: Суб’єкти господарювання в сучасних ринкових умовах перебувають під дією різних чинників внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища, які впливають на їх фінансовий стан. За таких обставин підприємства змушені управляти фінансовою стійкістю через призму взаємодії систем забезпечення та менеджменту. У статті обґрунтовано доцільність управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства через формування відповідного механізму. Зауважено, що управління фінансовою стійкістю базується на якісній та достовірній інформації, а також має тісний зв'язок з прогнозуванням, оцінкою та контролем. Зазначено, що основний вплив на фінансовий стан підприємства надає фінансовий механізм, який спрямований на вироблення ефективних форм та інструментів фінансового забезпечення діяльності підприємства із врахуванням сучасних ринкових умов.

EN: The problem of ensuring the financial stability of enterprises can be solved by forming a mechanism for ensuring the sustainable financial development of enterprises and implementing this mechanism through a balanced and effective interaction of the enterprise's support and management systems. Financial stability planning is an objective necessity. For example, it is important for the management of the company to know the future parameters of the financial state after the implementation of large investment projects, the payment of dividends and the end of the reporting period in accordance with the established budget indicators. Considerable attention should paid to the organizational structure of financial services and the processes of interaction between employees and services within the framework of ensuring financial stability. The system for ensuring financial stability is a system cyclical action related to the implementation of financial decisions. Which is implemented through regulatory, information and personnel management of financial and economic activities and allows the use of a whole set of tools that justify, regulate and carry out control from the enterprise according to the practical impact on its financial condition. It should noted that the active development of the enterprise involves a combination of operations with different levels of financial risk and allows for innovation, modernization and technological re-equipment, which is possible only under the condition of financial stability of the enterprise in the long term. In the current economic conditions, each business entity plans its own financial and economic activities, so that the main attention paid to forecasting and ensuring opportunities for economic growth, which is impossible without defining financial stability as a key characteristic. The key influence on the financial condition of the enterprise provided by the financial mechanism, which is able to optimize the interaction of the enterprise in the field of finance and increase the efficiency of the formation and distribution of decentralized cash funds. The financial mechanism is a set of principles, functions, methods and tools for financial support of the enterprise. In the process of managing financial and economic activities, it allows to develop the most effective forms and tools of financial support of the enterprise.
