Удосконалення системи управління утриманням технологічного обладнання для технічного обслуговування і ремонту тягового рухомого складу

Abstract

UA: Дисертаційна робота присвячена вирішенню актуальної науковоприкладної задачі - підвищення ефективності системи утримання технологічного обладнання для технічного обслуговування і ремонту тягового рухомого складу. Досліджений розвиток та сучасні підходи до реалізації АРМоб з управління утриманням технологічного обладнання. Визначена діагностична цінність інформації для АРМоб на основі ймовірнісних критеріїв, розроблена узагальнена методика розрахунку поповнення запасів запасних частин та формалізована модель визначення готовності технологічного обладнання. Запропонована класифікаційна інформаційна структура АРМоб на основі задач, які повинні вирішуватися в ході виробничого процесу. Визначена економічна ефективність модернізації технологічного обладнання за різними варіантами обсягів та розрахована оцінка термінів її окупності.

EN: Dissertational work is devoted to the decision of an actual scientificallyapplied problem - to increase of a system effectiveness of the maintenance of the process equipment for maintenance service and repair of a traction rolling stock. Development and modern approaches to realization of an automated workplace on management of the maintenance of the process equipment is investigated. Diagnostic value of the information for an automated workplace on the basis of likelihood criteria is certain, the generalized design procedure of updating of stocks of spare parts is developed and the model of definition of readiness of the process equipment is formalized. The classification information structure of an automated workplace on the basis of problems which should be solved during production is offered. Economic efficiency of modernization of the process equipment by different variants of volumes is certain and the estimation of terms of its recumbent is calculated.
