Дослідження функціонування залізничних дільниць у режимі оперативного управління

Abstract

UA: Об'єкт дослідження — процес організаціі місцевої роботи на дільницях регіональної філіі. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є підвищення ефектіівності функціонування залізничних дільниць у режимі оперативного управління шляхом удосконалення технологіі роботи збірного поїзда. На основі проведения досліджень удосконалено технологію організації місцевої роботи збірного поїзда на визначеній дільниці регіональної філіі. Запропоновано технологічний графік, що враховує нерівномірність вантажопотоків та особливості техніко-експлуатаційних характеристик дільниці. Розроблена модель дозволяє забезпечити раціональне використання тягових та маневрових ресурсів, підвищити оперативність прийняття рішень в умовах змінної виробничої ситуаціі та мінімізувати простой рухомого складу.

EN: The object of the study is the process of organizing local work at the sections of the regional branch. The purpose of the qualification work is to increase the efficiency of the functioning of railway sections in the operational management mode by improving the technology of group train operation. Based on the research conducted, the technology of organizing local work of a group train at a specific section of the regional branch was improved. A technological schedule was proposed that takes into account the unevenness of cargo flows and the peculiarities of the technical and operational characteristics of the section. The developed model allows for the rational use of traction and shunting resources, to increase the efficiency of decision-making in a changing production situation and to minimize rolling stock downtime. The application of methods of system analysis and construction of diagrams of local car flows made it possible to substantiate the most effective option for organizing a group train. The results of the study have high practical significance, since their implementation will contribute to improving the operational performance of the regional branch, reducing the time spent on processing trains, and increasing the overall efficiency of the transportation process at the site.
