Економічні аспекти здійснення виробничих та бізнес-процесів на залізничному транспорті

Abstract

UA: В умовах нестабільності розвитку глобальних економічних процесів і напрямків економічного розвитку країни питання підвищення ефективності виробництва зберігає совою актуальність. підвищення ефективності виробництва базується на досягненнях науки і техніки, впровадженні нових способів організації виробництва, вдосконалення економічних механізмів регулювання внутрішніх процесів в організації і взаємодії із зовнішніми суб'єктами. Робота інфраструктурного комплексу транспортної компанії є основою ефективної роботи в цілому залізничного транспорту і впливає на стан фінансово-економічної стійкості транспортної галузі і рівень її конкурентоспроможності. Надійність роботи залізничного транспорту, гнучкість прийомів і методів управління всіма його ланками необхідні для ефективної адаптації залізничного транспорту у конкурентному середовищі яке динамічно розвивається, що і визначило напрямок цього дослідження.

EN: Today the conditions of functioning of transport enterprises completely changed. The ability of the transport company to adapt faster and easier to changes in market conditions, to offer their services before competitors becomes the main trump card in uncompromising competition. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in Ukraine to develop business plans for transport companies. The implementation of business processes is a complex and cyclical process, effective when necessary to minimize the impact of the human factor. Notations and description tools are selected based on the stage of the life cycle of the transport company, the availability of resources and readiness for serious personnel decisions. In the conditions of instability of development of global economic processes and directions of economic development of the country the question of increase of efficiency of production keeps the urgency. increasing the efficiency of production is based on the achievements of science and technology, the introduction of new ways of organizing production, improving economic mechanisms for regulating internal processes in the organization and interaction with external actors. The work of the infrastructure complex of the transport company is the basis of efficient operation of the railway transport as a whole and affects the state of financial and economic stability of the transport industry and the level of its competitiveness. The reliability of railway transport, the flexibility of techniques and methods of management of all its links necessary for the effective adaptation of railway transport in a competitive environment is developing dynamically, which determined the direction of this study.
