Шляхи підвищення доходів підприємства

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є виробничо-господарська діяльність ФОП Лелюк. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення доходів, обсягів виробництва та якості послуг підприємства за рахунок прийняття оптимальних рішень. У кваліфікаційній роботі обґрунтувано необхідність інноваційних впроваджень на підприємстві для підвищення доходів на основі теорії прийняття оптимального рішення, завдяки якої стає можливим обґрунтований вибір основних пріоритетних напрямків діяльності підприємства на найближчу перспективу Запропоновані рекомендації щодо інноваційних впроваджень за допомогою теорії прийняття рішень дозволяє обрати основні пріоритети у подальшій діяльності підприємства для підвищення обсягів та якості послуг. Результатами роботи автора є розробка та обґрунтування підходів підвищення доходів завдяки інноваційним впровадженням підприємства на основі теорії прийняття рішень. Також формування практичних пропозицій щодо оцінки економічної ефективності запроваджених заходів, завдяки яким стає можливим обґрунтований вибір основних пріоритетних напрямків діяльності підприємства на найближчу перспективу.

EN: The object of the study is the production and economic activities of the individual entrepreneur Lelyuk. The purpose of the qualification work is the theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for increasing the income, production volumes and quality of services of the enterprise by making optimal decisions. The qualification work substantiates the need for innovative implementations at the enterprise to increase income based on the theory of optimal decision-making, thanks to which it becomes possible to make a reasoned choice of the main priority areas of the enterprise's activity for the near future.

6 The proposed recommendations for innovative implementations using the theory of decision-making allow you to choose the main priorities in the further activities of the enterprise to increase the volume and quality of services. The results of the author's work are the development and justification of approaches to increasing income through innovative implementations of the enterprise based on the theory of decision-making. Also, the formation of practical proposals for assessing the economic efficiency of the measures implemented, thanks to which it becomes possible to make a reasoned choice of the main priority areas of the enterprise's activity for the near future.
