Напрями розвитку потенціалу будівельного підприємства в Харківській області

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління потенціалом будівельного підприємства. Метою дослідження є дослідження напрямів розвитку потенціалу будівельних підприємств, враховуючи особливості будівельного ринку Харківської області, актуальні виклики та перспективи економічного розвитку. У кваліфікаційній роботі розроблено та обґрунтовано теоретико-методичні положення та практичні рекомендації щодо управління потенціалом будівельного підприємства в Харківській області. Окреслено перспективні напрями розвитку підприємства будівельної сфери Харківської області в сучасних умовах господарювання. Розроблено концептуальні підходи до практичного впровадження організаційно-економічного забезпечення управління потенціалом будівельних підприємств.

EN: The object of the study is the process of managing the potential of a construction enterprise. The purpose of the study is to study the directions of development of the potential of construction enterprises, taking into account the peculiarities of the construction market of the Kharkiv region, current challenges and prospects for economic development. The qualification work has developed and substantiated theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for managing the potential of a construction enterprise in the Kharkiv region. Promising directions for the development of the construction enterprise of the Kharkiv region in modern economic conditions have been outlined. Conceptual approaches to the practical implementation of organizational and economic support for managing the potential of construction enterprises have been developed.
