Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес стратегічного управління. Метою дослідження є наукове обґрунтування і розробка теоретичних положень та практичних заходів щодо стратегічного управління приватним бізнесом в умовах роботизації. У кваліфікаційній роботі узагальнено теоретичні основи і вдосконалено механізму стратегічного управління розвитком суб’єкта господарювання в умовах роботизації шляхом інтеграції класичних етапів стратегічного менеджменту з сучасними екосистемними та цифровими управлінськими технологіями, що забезпечує комплексний і системний підхід до підвищення ефективності, адаптивності та стійкості розвитку бізнесу в умовах техніко-технологічних трансформацій. Розроблено організаційно-економічні положення реалізації системи стратегічного управління приватним бізнесом в умовах роботизації. Розкрито цілісну систему стратегічного управління приватним бізнесом в умовах роботизації. Сформовано механізм стратегічного управління розвитком суб’єкта господарювання в умовах роботизації.

EN: The object of the study is the process of strategic management. The purpose of the study is the scientific substantiation and development of theoretical provisions and practical measures for the strategic management of private business in the context of robotization. The qualification work summarizes the theoretical foundations and improves the mechanism of strategic management of the development of a business entity in the conditions of robotization by integrating the classical stages of strategic management with modern ecosystem and digital management technologies, which provides a comprehensive and systematic approach to increasing the efficiency, adaptability and sustainability of business development in the conditions of technical and technological transformations. The organizational and economic provisions for the implementation of the system of strategic management of private business in the conditions of robotization are developed. A holistic system of strategic management of private business in the conditions of robotization is disclosed. A mechanism for strategic management of the development of a business entity in the conditions of robotization is formed.
