Удосконалення роботи контейнерного терміналу на станції Харків–Ліски та розрахунок його переробної спроможності

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано питання технології роботи контейнерного терміналу, здійснено розрахунок переробної спроможності за засобами механізації для місцевих контейнерів та розрахунок переробної спроможності за засобами механізації для транзитних контейнерів емпіричним методом. Здійснені за старими методиками розрахунки засвідчили, що для переробки існуючого потоку параметри контейнерної площадки (розміри, технічне оснащення) достатні, із значним запасом. Поставлено задачі для вдосконалення технології роботи контейнерного терміналу.

EN: The article describes and analyzes technology issues Container Terminal, payment processing ability was done by means of mechanization for local container and payment processing ability by means of mechanization for transit containers empirical method. Set targets for improvements in technology Container Terminal. Implemented by the old methods of calculations showed that existing stream processing platform container parameters (size,technical equipment) are sufficient , with a significant margin. That existing technical equipment should be sufficient in the short term .And to optimize container item should be one tapremoved, which will enable to save operating costscontainer yards. But due to the existence of customs control,Terminal operation , technical and technological obsolescence cargohandling mechanisms in the most intense months of processingcapacity is not provided in full.If all parts of the production will run smoothly, namelycontainer item handling equipment , the current workflow Station Kharkov - Liska will providefour basic principles: continuity , rhythm , parallelism andpotochnist all operations of the maximum combination with high quality unconditional use.
