Параметри надійності роботи залізобетонних шпал у різних експлуатаційних умовах

Abstract

UA: Розглянуто роботу залізобетонних шпал марок Ш-1-1 і СБ-3-0 в умовах магістральних залізниць і колій незагального користування. Визначено основні експлуатаційні фактори, які впливають на їх роботу в колії. На основі даних обстеження залізобетонних шпал марки Ш-1-1 встановлено залежності їх виходу в непридатні. Запропоновано загальний підхід до прогнозування надійності роботи залізобетонних шпал марки СБ 3-0 на основі даних виходу шпал марки Ш-1-1. Отримано прогнозні залежності імовірності безвідмовної роботи шпал СБ 3-0 з використанням універсального двопараметричного розподілу Вейбулла. Визначено очікувані терміни служби шпал СБ 3-0 в різних експлуатаційних умовах.

EN: The work of reinforced concrete sleepers of brands Sh-1-1 and SB-3-0 in the conditions of main railways and non-public roads is considered. The main operational factors influencing their work in the way are determined. Based on the survey data of reinforced concrete sleepers of brand Sh-1-1, which were removed from the tracks, the dependencies of their yield to defective ones were established, and the main groups of defects and damages were determined. A general approach is proposed for forecasting the reliability of the performance of concrete sleepers of the brand SB-3-0 on the basis of data on the yield of defective sleeper sh-1-1 in conditions of non-public roads, taking into account the possibility of changing these parameters, which is caused by the difference in the stressed state of sleepers of these brands. Taking into account the proposed approach, we propose predictive dependencies of the probability of failure-free operation of sleepers SB-3-0 under various operating conditions using the universal two-parameter Weibull distribution. On the basis of the proposed dependences of the probability of failure-free operation, the predicted service life of sleepers SB 3-0 is determined in various operating conditions.
