Запропоновано створення Інжиніринго-маркетингового центру інноваційних технол огій, діяльність якого направлена на розробку та впровадження інноваційних технологій, трансферт інновацій, надання технологічних, інформаційних, консультативних послуг, що дозволить провести модернізацію підприємств залізничного транспорту, забезпечити їх техніко-технологічний розвиток.
