Стратегія інвестиційної політики залізничного транспорту України

Abstract

UA: Розглянуто принципи формування інвестиційної стратегії на залізничному транспорті. Визначено, що виникнення проблем у діяльності та розвитку залізничного транспорту викликано в першу чергу прогресуючим старінням основних фондів. В той же час інвестиційна привабливість залізничного транспорту для сторонніх інвесторів в даний час невелика через незадовільні фінансові результати роботи галузі та фактичну відсутність умов і механізму залучення сторонніх інвестицій. Зроблено висновок, що при розробці стратегії реформ на залізничному транспорті важливе місце повинне відводитися інвестиційній політиці.

EN: The principles of formation of an investment strategy on railway transport are considered. It is determined that the emergence of problems in the activity and development of rail transport is due primarily to the progressive aging of fixed assets. At the same time, the investment attractiveness of rail transport for third-party investors is currently low due to poor financial performance of the industry and the actual lack of conditions and mechanism for attracting third-party investment. It is concluded that in the development of a strategy for rail transport reform, an investment policy should be given an important place. The determining factors in the strategy of investment policy in the development and modernization of the production vehicle of the railway transport of Ukraine are the requirements for transport in a market economy, stable provision of integration links with foreign countries, ensuring the safety of passenger and cargo transportation.
