UA: У сучасному постійно мінливому світі, в який дуже міцно за останні десятиліття інтегрувалася Україна, відбуваються постійні зміни і нововведення в усіх галузях життєдіяльності. Ці зміни безпосередньо стосуються економічної, технологічної та комерційної діяльності торговельних підприємств, зокрема в питаннях управління ланцюгами поставок продукції і логістичних функцій. Управління бізнес-процесами в глобальних ланцюгах поставок стає все більш складним і дорогим. Аутсорсинг як особлива форма ділових відносин належить до числа найбільш поширених інституційних інновацій.
