Засоби удосконалення системи національної безпеки залізничної галузі для забезпечення стратегічного розвитку транспортної логістики

Abstract

UA: Географічне розташування України надає їй велику кількість переваг. Одна з них полягає у можливості залучення додаткових транзитних вантажопотоків у транспортному поєднанні країн Заходу та Сходу. На жаль, на цьому шляху наша держава має певну кількість перешкод, що зумовлюють потребу забезпечення стратегічного розвитку транспортної логістики як базисного елементу залучення транзитних вантажопотоків, а також вимагають підвищеної уваги до забезпечення національної безпеки у залізничній галузі. Проведене дослідження дало змогу виділити напрями удосконалення системи національної безпеки залізничної галузі для забезпечення стратегічного розвитку транспортної логістики.

EN: The geographical location of Ukraine gives it many advantages. One of them is the possibility of attracting additional transit freight traffic in the transport connection of the countries of the West and the East. Unfortunately, in this way our country has a certain number of obstacles that necessitate the strategic development of transport logistics as a basic element of attraction of transit freight flows, as well as paying special attention to ensuring national security in the railway industry. The research made it possible to identify the directions of improvement of the national security system of the railway industry to ensure the strategic development of transport logistics. At the state level, such as the improvement of the regulatory framework of state regulation of the national security system in the railway sector are highlighted; improvement of the system and mechanisms of control and supervision of the national security system of the railway industry; digitization of the mechanism of ensuring transport safety; ensuring anti-terrorist security.
