Теоретико-методологічні засади забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах трансформації бізнес-середовища

Abstract

UA: Дисертація присвячена розробленню теоретико-методологічних і методичних засад і практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств залізничного транспорту на основі формування динамічних конкурентних переваг в умовах трансформації бізнес-середовища. Систематизовано фактори деструктивного впливу на рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємств залізничного транспорту. Розроблено концепцію забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств галузі в умовах трансформації бізнес- середовища. Розкрито періодизацію трансформації конкурентного середовища підприємств залізничного транспорту України. Обґрунтовано підхід до формування та реалізації системи конкурентних стратегій. Сформовано концептуальні положення управління технологічним розвитком підприємств залізничного транспорту. Розкрито теоретичні основи забезпечення інноваційної конвергентності підприємств залізничного транспорту. Розроблено організаційну модель середовища реалізації процесів інноваційної конвергентності підприємств галузі. Запропоновано концептуальні положення проактивного управління якістю на підприємствах залізничного транспорту. Доповнено класифікацію резервів якості на підприємствах залізничного транспорту. Удосконалено модель пошуку й впровадження резервів у системі управління якістю. Розкрито методичний підхід до оцінювання якості транспортних послуг підприємств галузі. Розроблено модель міжсекторного соціального партнерства за участю підприємств залізничного транспорту. Доповнено категоріальний апарат процесу кадрового забезпечення розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту. Запропоновано соціально-компетентнісний підхід до забезпечення інтелектуально-кадрової стійкості підприємств галузі.

EN: The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for ensuring the competitiveness of railway transport enterprises based on the formation of dynamic competitive advantages in the conditions of transformation of the business environment. The thesis analyses the tendencies of development of railway transport enterprises, and on this basis the factors of destructive influence on the level of their competitiveness are systematized by identifying the factors of the business, corporate and institutional environment. The concept of ensuring the competitiveness of railway transport enterprises in the conditions of transformation of the business environment, based on the theory of network intellectual information competition and reveals the purpose, principles and objectives for the development of dynamic competitive advantages of the industry, including the ability to positively affect the formation of environments, quickly and systematically innovate, to provide quality business processes to maintain a high level of intellectual and personnel competencies of personnel, was developed. The periodization of transformation of competitive environment of railway transport enterprises of Ukraine is presented. The approach to the formation and implementation of the system of competitive strategies of railway transport enterprises based on the revision of the system of competitive strategies by supplementing them with strategies depending on the area of strategic action (global and local action strategies) and using the properties of coherence during the final selection and justification of the system of competitive strategies is substantiated. Considering the importance of the factor of technological development of enterprises of the branch to maintain a sustainable competitive position in the domestic and foreign transportation markets, the conceptual provisions of the control of technological development of enterprises of railway transport, which determine the purposes, principles, subjects and objects of management and reveal the tools of formation of technological competitive advantages for such priorities as ensuring the processes of innovative convergence of the branch and modernization and innovative renovation of the technological base of their production, were developed. Theoretical bases of ensuring innovative convergence of the railway transport enterprises by disclosing the content of the scientific category «innovative convergence», establishing of innovative incentives, motives, interests and tools to ensure the leveling of innovative and technological development of the enterprises of the branch taking in accordance with modern principles of functioning of the hi-tech markets are formed. Organizational model of the environment for the implementation innovation of convergence processes of the railway transport enterprises based on the support of effective innovation-technological communications within the technological platform to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprises of the industry was developed. The conceptual provisions of proactive quality management at railway transport enterprises, which are based on the integration of information and communication tools into the business processes of economic activity of enterprises of the industry in compliance with the requirements of customization, predictivity and consistency, have been developed. The classification of quality reserves at railway transport enterprises has been supplemented. A model of search and implementation of reserves in the quality management system at the enterprises of the railway industry was formed. The methodological approach to assessing the quality of transport services of railway transport enterprises has been improved. A model of intersectoral social partnership with the participation of railway transport enterprises, which takes into account the key trends in the development of social and labor relations, determines the list of partners and their strategic interests, as well as tools for ensuring their social interaction in order to form an integrated environment to achieve intellectual and personnel stability of railway transport enterprises, has been developed. The categorical apparatus of the process of personnel support for the development of railway transport enterprises is developed by supplementing the author's definition of the concept of «intellectual and personnel resilience of railway transport enterprises». The social and competence approach to ensuring intellectual and personnel resilience of the railway transport enterprises is offered.
