Abstract

UA: Інвестиційний розвиток промислових підприємств підпорядкованих ПАТ «УЗ», прийняття виважених та ефективних управлінських рішень неможливі без визначення власником пріоритетів і стратегії розвитку. У статті розглянуто теоретичні та практичні аспекти інвестиційного розвитку приватного акціонерного товариства «Гніванський завод спецзалізобетону», аналіз нових видів продукції для диверсифікації виробництва та завантаження виробничих площ, які не використовуються, розробку інвестиційного проекту діяльності ПрАТ «Гніванський завод спецзалізобетону». Запропоновані напрямки реформування підприємства у короткостроковій, середньостроковій і довгостроковій перспективі.

EN: Investment development of industrial enterprises of subordinates of PJSC "UZ", adoption of balanced and effective managerial decisions is impossible without determining the owner's priorities and development strategies. In the article the theoretical and practical aspects of investment development of private joint-stock company of "Gnivanskiy plant the special reinforced concrete", analysis of new types of products for diversification of production and loading of not in use floor spaces, development of investment project of private joint-stock company of " Gnivanskiy plant the special reinforced concrete ". Directions of reformation enterprise in a short-term prospect are offered, introduction of changes at operative and strategic level of management. Directions of reformation are offered enterprise in a medium-term and long-term prospect.
