Розробка моделі функціонування пункту концентрації комерційної роботи в умовах реструктуризації залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: Ми представляємо алгоритм розробки моделі функціонування пункту концентрації комерційної роботи, яка має забезпечувати виконання усіх виробничих задач змінімальним використанням ресурсів.

EN: Taking into consideration the modern tendencies in perspectives of transport system development in a whole and the demand to be ready to integration into European transport system, the reformation of railway transport system becomes necessary. The main task for reformation is the achievement of maximum production tasks using minimum quantity of resources. To realize the tasks set, the main step is the separation of commercial work’s concentration points from the whole transport network. The task of these points is optimization of switch power and train locomotive’s work in order to increase the effective work index, rational use of rolling stock. At this, the reduction of operational and human resources is being achieved that is the basis for performance of a quality reform on railway transport. In our article we propose an algorithm choice for optimal model of such points’ work.
