У дисертації розкрито теоретико-методичні і практичні аспекти формування організаційно-управлінського потенціалу фінансової безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах невизначеності зовнішнього та нестабільності внутрішнього середовища, з метою підвищення ефективності їхнього функціонування та забезпечення їх прогресивного розвитку. У роботі визначено сутність поняття «організаційно-управлінський потенціал фінансової безпеки підприємства», досліджено основні аналітичні підходи і методи оцінки організаційно-управлінського потенціалу фінансової безпеки підприємств. Автором проведено інтегральну та параметричну оцінку фінансової безпеки та рівня формування її організаційно-управлінського потенціалу на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, а також оцінку резервів розвитку організаційно-управлінського потенціалу фінансової безпеки підприємств. Автором розроблено механізм формування організаційно-управлінського потенціалу фінансової безпеки та запропоновано інтегровану модель управлінських рішень в аспекті забезпечення розвитку організаційно-управлінського потенціалу фінансової безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту враховуючи тактичний та стратегічний аспект науково обґрунтовано на теоретичному і емпіричному рівні концептуальні основи формування організаційно-управлінського потенціалу фінансової безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту. Dissertation is devoted to the scientific-theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of formation of the organizational and management potential of the financial safety of the enterprises of a railway transport in the conditions of post-industrial society, with the purpose of increase of efficiency of their operations and provision of progressive development. In the work of the essence of the notion of «organizational and management potential of the financial safety», the main analytical approaches and methods of evaluation of organizational and management potential of financial safety. The author conducted integral parametric estimation of financial safety and the level of formation of the organizational and management potential of the enterprises of railway transport, as well as the assessment of provisions of the development potential of the enterprises of the industry. The author has developed an integrated mechanism of formation of the organizational and management potential of financial safety and the proposed integrated methodological approach to the modeling of the managerial decisions in the aspect of the management of the development of the organizational and management potential of the financial safety; scientific basis and theoretical and empirical levels of conceptual bases of formation of the organizational and management potential of the financial safety of enterprises of railway transport given the tactical and strategic aspect.
