Компетентність як складова характеристики трудового потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань розвитку компетентності працівників підприємств залізничного транспорту. Від ступеня компетентності та використання потенціалу працівників багато в чому залежить конкурентоспроможність і ефективність діяльності підприємств залізничної галузі. У зв’язку з цим досліджено сутність та розкрито зміст поняття «компетенції персоналу», визначено складові компетентності персоналу та сформовано основні напрямки розвитку компетенцій персоналу підприємств залізничного транспорту.

EN: The article is devoted to the problem of competence of the worker as a component of a qualitative characteristic in the conditions of the modern labor market. A key factor in the successful implementation of rail transport enterprises is the development of personnel, the growth of its labor potential and capabilities. Competitiveness and efficiency of the company's activity in the industry depends on the degree of competence and utilization of the employee's potential. In this connection, the essence of the concept of "competence of the personnel" was investigated, the content of the concept and the main directions of the development of personnel competences was revealed.
