Дисертацію присвячено обґрунтуванню теоретико-методологічних і науково- практичних основ інтенсифікації управління економічною поведінкою підприємств в умовах неоіндустріальної модернізації. Запропоновано парадигму неоіндустріалізації як об'єктивну основу переходу вітчизняних промислових підприємств до економіки інноваційного типу. Сформовано понятійно- категоріальний апарат, обґрунтовано філософські аспекти та запропоновано методологію інтенсифікації управління економічною поведінкою підприємств в умовах неоіндустріальної модернізації. Проаналізовано методи, моделі та удосконалено науково-методичний підхід до оцінки рівня економічної поведінки промислових підприємств як об’єктивної основи інтенсифікації управлінських процесів. Запропоновано науково-практичний підхід до оцінки інтенсифікації циклів управління економічною поведінкою підприємств. Сформовано інтегрований механізм щодо інтенсифікації управління економічною поведінкою промислових підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах неоіндустріальної модернізації, запропоновано науково-практичний підхід на основі економіки знань, розроблено концептуально-поведінкові основи на засадах реінжинірингу. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact of the substantiation of theoretical and methodical, as well as methodological bases of intensification of management of economic behaviour of enterprises in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization, in development of scientific and practical recommendations of applied direction. Within the framework of theoretical and methodological bases of intensification of management of economic behaviour of enterprises in conditions of neoindustrial modernization the theoretical aspects of formation of management of economic behaviour of enterprises have been investigated; the transformation of scientific views on the intensification of management of economic behaviour of enterprises has been analyzed; the paradigm of neoindustrialization as an objective basis of transition of domestic industrial enterprises to economy of innovative type has been considered; the conceptual and categorical framework of intensification of management of economic behaviour of enterprises in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization has been formed. In this context, the generation of strategic management decisions is possible through the transition to a new paradigm of development focused on the real sector of economy, the formation of a new industry, a new technological system based on scientific and technological progress corresponding to modern socio-economic and political realities. In this case this refers to neoindustrialization, which involves innovation increasing, production of high-tech and knowledge-intensive products increasing, modernization of traditional and development of new industries, which allows to ensure the implementation of the raw materials-based model and increase competitiveness. The study concludes that the importance of the transition of productive forces and production relations of the modern economy to a new qualitative level actualizes the development of theoretical foundations for intensifying the management of economic behaviour of enterprises in neoindustrial modernization, taking into account modern global challenges. In the aspect of research of methodological provisions of intensification of management of economic behaviour of enterprises in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization philosophical aspects have been considered and the methodology of intensification of management of economic behaviour of enterprises in conditions of neoindustrial modernization has been offered; methods and models for assessing the economic behaviour of industrial enterprises as an objective basis for the intensification of management processes have been considered. Formation and development of the paradigm of intensification of management of economic behaviour in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization are caused by necessity of creation of the effective mechanism of management of processes of development of enterprises which is carried out due to emergence of sufficient resources meeting modern requirements on the basis of vertical integration. The main goals in this context are to increase the growth rate of socio-economic development, the organization of expanded reproduction, the production of competitive products, increasing the share of domestic products in the world market. In the perspective of analytical and instrumental aspects of diagnostics of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport the tendencies of development of industrial enterprises of railway transport as bases of activization of processes of modernization have been investigated; scientific and methodological aspects of assessing the level of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport in the perspective of their balanced functioning have been suggested; a comprehensive integrated assessment of the level of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport as a state of their dynamic equilibrium has been carried out. Within the framework of organizational and economic support of strategic orientations of intensification of management of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport on the basis of paradigm of neoindustrial modernization the scientific and practical approach to estimation of intensification of management cycles has been offered and the strategic and functional orientation of intensification of management of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization has been defined; the aggregate basis of development of the integrated mechanism of intensification of management of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport has been suggested. The concept of intensification of management of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization has led to development of conceptual and behavioural bases of intensification of management of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport in conditions of neoindustrial modernization on the basis of reengineering; consideration of the knowledge-based economy as a basis for intensifying management processes to ensure economic behaviour; development of the concept of intensification of management of economic behaviour of industrial enterprises of railway transport in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization. The result of the research is the theoretical generalization and new solution concerning the scientific problem, which consists in substantiating the theoretical and methodological postulates of intensifying the management of economic behaviour of enterprises in neoindustrial modernization, in developing methodological, scientific and practical recommendations and conceptual approaches to management of economic behaviour of enterprises in the conditions of neoindustrial modernization.
