Концептуальні положення адаптивного управління підприємствами

Abstract

UA: В статті доведена необхідність та своєчасність формування адаптивної системи управління підприємством. Детальний та обґрунтований аналіз генези су поняття дозволив дійти висновку, що під адаптивним управлінням слід розуміти систему управління, яке дозволяє підприємству своєчасно та ефективно реагувати на всі зміни в зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищах, що в цілому забезпечує конкурентоспромож ність підприємства. В статті окреслені головні особливості адаптивної системи управління. Проведені дослідження свідчать про доцільність використання сучасним підприємствам матричної системи управління.

EN: The article proves the necessity and timeliness of formation of adaptive system for managing enterprise in contemporary business conditions, variability and ambiguity. Detailed and reasoned analysis of the Genesis of the concept was allowed to come to the conclusion that under adaptive management should understand the management system that allows the company to timely and effectively respond to changes in the external and internal environments that, in General, ensures the competitiveness of the enterprise. The article describes the main features of the adaptive control system. It is proved that, for constructing the adaptive control system should pay attention to the function and structure of the enterprise management. The conducted researches testify to expediency of use of the modern companies matrix management.
