Місце кадрової безпеки в системі економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто структуру економічної безпеки підприємств, проаналізовано підходи до визначення її складових, з урахуванням специфіки галузі визначено зміст складових економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту, досліджено роль персоналу в формуванні стану економічної безпеки за складовими та визначено місце кадрової безпеки в системі інших складових економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту.

EN: In the unstable economic situation, the successful operation of enterprises and economic development of Ukraine is largely dependent on the improvement of their activities in the field of economic security and therefore it is necessary to study and implement economic security depends on various factors: the activities of competitors, unfair contractors unfavorable policy state and others. But the greatest threat to economic stability and violation of stability is the internal conditions - namely staff. No one and nothing can cause more harm to the company than its employees who have more access to all of the elements, able to pass security, access to databases can just hear it necessary or ask other employees. The article is a comprehensive study and analysis of the structure of economic security for its functional components, defining the essence of economic security components for railway transport enterprises and study HR security place in economic security system specific to the industry.
