UA: В статті досліджені теоретичні аспекти поняття інтелектуального капіталу підприємств залізничного транспорту (ПЗТ). Розглянуто різноманітні підходи до визначення структури інтелектуального капіталу. Виділені складові інтелектуального капіталу для ПЗТ. Розглянуто інтелектуальний капітал в контексті інноваційного розвитку залізничної галузі. Запропоновано впровадити «інтелектуальний ланцюжок», який пов’язував би інтелектуальні продукти підприємств залізничного транспорту різних сфер діяльності.
