Abstract: | UA: Статтю присвячено вивченню лояльності працівників підприємств залізничного
транспорту з метою забезпечення конкурентоспроможності і сталого розвитку
залізничної галузі в довгостроковій перспективі. Розкрито підходи до визначення
сутності поняття «лояльність персоналу» і з’ясовано його характерні риси.
Встановлено напрямки і інструменти проведення діагностики лояльності персоналу.
На основі проведеного анкетування і кластерного аналізу ідентифіковано стан
лояльності персоналу підприємств залізничної галузі. EN: The article is devoted to the study loyalty employee’s railway transport enterprises in order to ensure the competitiveness and sustainable development of the railway industry in the long term. Approaches to defining the essence of the concept «staff loyalty» are revealed and its characteristic features are clarified. The conducted research of approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «staff loyalty» allowed us to establish that the latter in the field railway transport should be understood as a set of characteristics of employees, reflected through their behavior and attitude to the company and work in it, in particular through effective and dedicated work, dedication and commitment to goals, professional suitability and reliability. It is established that the latter aspect is extremely important for the personnel of railway transport enterprises, since it is directly related to the safety transportation, which is the main criterion for the quality of railway services. Two main groups of reasons that lead to loss of loyalty by railway transport employees are identified, namely, reasons related to the company itself and personal stereotypes of employees. Based on the fact that increasing the loyalty of employee’s railway transport enterprises in modern unstable economic conditions is one of the priority areas for the formation competitive advantages, the need for systematic management of personnel loyalty is determined, where the key stage should be the diagnostic procedure. The main ways of diagnosing employee loyalty and the most common methods its implementation are revealed. To identify the level of loyalty of employee’s railway industry enterprises, questionnaires were developed and their anonymous survey was conducted on the basis of enterprises of the regional branch «Southern Railway» JSC «Ukrzaliznytsya». The analysis showed a low level of loyalty of the staff railway transport enterprises, which is expressed in a large number of dissatisfied with the working conditions and changes that are taking place in the railway industry. Two loyalty clusters were identified: the first group included 37.6% respondents who are pessimistic; the second category includes 62.4% respondents who have a more optimistic view about the possibility of continuing their work at railway industry enterprises. |
