Розроблення пропозицій зі зниження витрат палива тепловозами ЧМЕ3

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є системи дизеля та системи тепловоза ЧМЕ3, що впливають на витрати палива. Метою дослідження є наукове обґрунтування зменшення витрати пального тепловозами ЧМЕ3 шляхом модернізації. У кваліфікаційній роботі запропонована заходи зі зниження витрат пального тепловозами ЧМЕ3. Проведений аналіз переходів тепловозних дизелів із стану в стан, які відповідають різним сезонам виявив незбіг цих переходів з календарними сезонами. Виявлення знаходження ЕУ тепловоза у особливому стані, на основі аналізу показників його використання, дозволяє розробити систему діагностики та ремонту для підготовки до сезонної експлуатації. На основі виконаних досліджень запропоновано комплекс заходів, застосування яких дозволить зменшити витрати пального тепловозами ЧМЕ3 на 10-15 %.

The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the reduction of fuel consumption by diesel locomotives of the CHME3 through modernization. of the diesel locomotive's EU in a special state, based on the analysis of its use indicators, allows you to develop a diagnostic and repair system for preparation for seasonal operation. Based on the research performed, a set of measures is proposed, the application of which will allow reducing fuel consumption by diesel locomotives of the CHME3 by 10-15 %.
