Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження даної роботи є процес впровадження інформаційно керуючих систем в роботу залізниці клієнт-УЗ Предметом дослідження є удосконалення роботи існуючих інформаційно керуючих засобів . У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано стан залізничної інфраструктури, обсяги вантажних перевезень в динаміці, стан інформаційно керуючих технологій в вантажній роботі за колом зобов'язань. Розглянуто проблему та необхідний характер інвестування залізничного транспорту. Отримано вектор стратегічного планування у визначених умовах. Сформовано достатньо уніфіковану модель розподілення порожнього рухомого складу яка задовольнятиме потребам відправників на логістичних принципах. Визначений плацдарм існуючого стану галузі у вигляді кадрового потенціалу який має стати опорою залізничного транспорту на даному етапі. Визначено, що впровадження СППР які базуються на формуванні баз знань нечіткої системи підтримки прийняття рішення здатні доповнити модель розподілення порожнього рухомого складу. Формалізація запропонованої моделі в аспектах своєї універсальності доповнена залученням оператора припортових станцій.

The qualification work analyzes the state of the railway infrastructure, the volume of freight transportation in dynamics, the state of information management technologies in freight work by the range of obligations. The problem and the necessary nature of rail transport investment are considered. The vector of strategic planning in certain conditions is obtained. A sufficiently unified model of empty rolling stock distribution is formed, which will satisfy the needs of shippers on logistical principles. The bridgehead of the existing state of the industry is determined in the form of human resources, which should become the support of rail transport at this stage. It is determined that the implementation of DSS based on the formation of knowledge bases of a fuzzy decision support system can supplement the model of empty rolling stock distribution. The formalization of the proposed model in aspects of its universality is supplemented by the involvement of the operator of port stations.
