| Abstract: | According to the World Economic Forum, the world's population is expected to grow to 9.1 billion in 2050. This causes a 70 percent increase in food production to meet people's demand. [1]. Most foods are temperature controlled products. The issues of improving the efficiency of managing temperature controlled products supply chains are dealt with by the so-called ―cold logistics‖. |
