Дослідження показника відповідності локомотиворемонтного виробництва

Abstract

UA: Проаналізовано структуру показника відповідності локомотиворемонтного виробництва, що визначається як потрійна адитивна згортка ряду критеріїв. Водночас ураховано: ступінь впливу невідповідностей на технологічний процес ремонту, вагомість технологічних процесів ремонту, вагомість компонентів ремонтного виробництва та значущість відмов вузлів локомотивів. Визначено критичні значення критеріїв показника відповідності, тобто ті, що можуть бути причиною тяжких наслідків у разі відмови відремонтованого локомотива в експлуатації. Установлено, що критичний діапазон вагомості однієї невідповідності виробництва лежить у межах 0,012 - 0,063. Отже, допустимими значеннями показника відповідності локомотиворемонтного виробництва є 0,988 - 1.

EN: The determination of the conformance rating of locomotive repair production is associated with the formalization of expert statements obtained during its survey. In the article the structure of the compliance indicator of locomotive repair production is analyzed, which is defined as the triple additive convolution of a number of criteria. Herewith it is taken into account: the rate of influence of nonconformities on the technological process of repair, the significance of technological repair processes, the significance of components of repair production and the significance of failures of locomotive units. Analysis of data of survey of locomotive repair productions shows that the total number of identified nonconformities lies in the range of 20-30. Herewith the most negative influence will have nonconformities, which are characterized by the maximum values of the criteria.
