Аналіз роботи скріплень типу КПП-5 при крученні рейки

Abstract

UA: Розглянуто роботу проміжного скріплення типу КПП-5 при крученні рейки. Отримано розрахункові рівняння,які дозволяють визначити крутний момент, сили натиснення клем при повороті рейки,жорсткість вузла скріплення при крученні рейки,а також розрахункову схему для визначення жорсткості скріплення типу КПП – 5 при крученні рейки.

EN: Work of the intermediate cleating of type of KPP-5 is considered at twisting of rail. Calculation equalizations, which allow to define a twisting moment, forces of pressure of terminals at the turn of rail, are got, inflexibility of knot clamps at twisting of rail, and also calculation chart, for determination of inflexibility of cleating of type of KPP – 5 at twisting of rail. Calculations of claotype filaments on twisting at application of fastenings as KPP-5 restrains temper in connection with null information both about work of fastenings at twisting of rail and actual value of inflexibilities of subclaotype basis at twisting. Therefore an analysis of work of fastening of KPP-5 at twisting of rail is a pressing question. Boltless intermediate binding to the resilient terminals as KPP- 5 does not contain the row of failings which are present at fastening as KB. Therefore a technical policy from the improvement of construction of RRG foresees expansion of ground of conclusion and exploitation exactly of such construction of the intermediate fastening.
