Вдосконалення системи контролю технічного стану вантажних вагонів

UA: Удосконалення системи техобслуговування і ремонту вагонів є актуальним завданням вагонного господарства. Підвищення ефективності контрольних процесів має важливе значення при виконанні техобслуговування і ремонту вагонів. Проведення аналізу цілей і задач контролю вагонів при виконанні ТО і ремонту дають повну інформацію про структурну схемою технічного стану вагонного парку. Застосування засобу технічного діагностика і контролю забезпечує безпеку руху поїздів.

EN: The improvement of the maintenance and repair systems of carriages is an actual task in carriage services. Increasing the efficiency of control processes when carriages are under the maintenance and repair gives full information about the structural schema of a technical state of a carriage park. Application of the technical diagnostics and control means provide safety of carriages service. The structural schema of the technical state of carriages, classification and kinds of the control are given in the article. General structure of conducting a control of the technical state of carriages represented in the tabular and structural forms. Purpose and task analyses of the control of carriages when they are under the maintenance and repair are carried out. It is shown that, existing control methods are realized in two forms: direct and indirect. Description of these forms and their effective meanings as well as merits and demerits in either concrete case are shown in this article.
