Шляхи отримання фінансової вигоди від альянсів, злиттів, поглинань та розробка стратегії недружнього поглинання

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено переваги та недоліки від створення альянсів, злиттів й поглинань. Досліджено механізм отримання фінансової вигоди від альянсів, злиттів й поглинань, а також принципи побудови ефективної системи управління об`єднаннями. Запропоновано процес розробки стратегії недружнього поглинання компанієюагресором.

EN: The problem of unfriendly absorptions is lighted yet not enough up in domestic literature the Ukrainian economists. So, for example, Patrick I. Gokhan, M. Ioncev in the labours more frequent the examples of separate receptions of unfriendly absorptions and preparatory steps lead before confluence or absorption, however light up these questions in a context exactly of „process” with the proper stages, related to this process of absorption. In the article advantages and failings are certain from creation of alliances, confluences and absorptions. The mechanism of receipt of financial benefit is investigational from alliances, confluences and absorptions, and also principles of construction of effective control system by associations. Design of strategy of unfriendly absorption a company-aggressor times are selected.
